Recruiter Relationship

Welcome to the Recruitment Website. Our students are a combination of rigorous thinking, hardwork and fundamentals.

The Internet Security Academy (TISA) is working to evolve into a renowned cyber security academy. The fact that the academy has been established by very experienced researchers and architects.

Our placement cell wants to establish a healthy association with over 200 recruiters for long term relationships. Our best of efforts are put into familiarising our new recruiters to structure their hiring strategies for mutual benefit.

Building a presence is an essential first step in organizing a successful recruiting visit. Prior information and contact aids the students to know the company, its environment and the nature of work better and helps the students take an informed decision. It also assists the company in evaluating the campus and students for a prospective long-term relationship. There are many ways in which you can generate awareness about your firm in the academy.

Labs Tour – is an excellent opportunity for company representatives to come down to our academy and interact with the Placement Office/Team. A short presentation followed by a tour of our vast campus can give our recruiters first hand information about the academic and research facilities that help its students develop skill sets which are on par with any leading international demands.

Pre Placement Talks (PPT) / Work Shops / Technical Talks – is a great way for our recruiters to establish their presence and also an opportunity for students to interact with senior executives and know more about the firm, work profile and growth opportunities.

Scholarship¬†Sponsorship¬†Programme –¬†can be offered to students at admission time. While this programme offers students 100% and 50% financial support by the firm, it also offers the company an opportunity to evaluate the candidate on various parameters and extend pre-Placement Offers to the best fit at the time of admission. The firm can recommend customised and specialised training course to the Academy for its sponsored students so that students become productive on day one of joining the firm.

Internship Programme – can be offered to students. While this programme offers students ample exposure to the firm and its work culture, it also offers the company an opportunity to evaluate the candidate on various parameters and extend pre-Placement Offers to the best fit.
